Internet Employment Linkage, Inc. (IEL) is the web publisher of HigherEdJobs.com^®, Academic360.com, and ConferenceJobCenter.com. IEL's goal is to provide recruitment tools that add value to the job seeker, stakeholder, and recruiter by providing cost-effective, innovative, useful, and timely services in all areas of our publications.

HigherEdJobs.com^® was founded by IEL in 1996 to list open positions at colleges and universities. HigherEdJobs.com^® was carefully designed to help job seekers (through the IEL job search tool eSearchManager^®) and job posters in higher education find each other. The growth of HigherEdJobs.com^® over the years has established it as an industry leader. Now, over 1,760,000 faculty and staff visit HigherEdJobs.com^® each month. It currently lists over 11,400 open positions from more than 1,600 colleges and universities.

IEL purchased Academic360.com (formerly Jobs in Higher Education) in April of 2003. Academic360.com is a premier meta-links site for job postings in higher education. It has been published since May 1995 and has won awards and has received excellent reviews.

IEL launched ConferenceJobCenter.com in January of 2006. The site's mission is to help candidates and employers connect with one another prior to and during a conference. Candidates review and apply for positions online in less time with less hassle. Employers start receiving applications before the conference even starts, enabling them to spend more time interviewing candidates during the conference. The site hosted its first conference site in February of 2006.
